Eastbourne's Winter Solstice Gong Bath

A Winter Solstice Gong Bath session held at the Eden Blue Centre, using resonant frequencies to guide participants into deep rest and restoration.

This sacred event marks the Winter Solstice, a turning point where darkness gives way to returning light. Bathed in the resonant frequencies of gongs and crystal singing bowls, attendees are guided into a state of deep rest and restoration. The session aims to invite reflection, renewal, and the deep remembering of inner strength. Yoga mats and blankets are provided, but participants may bring their own comfort items.
