Meditations in the Roundhouse

A guided visualisation and meditation session held in an Iron Age roundhouse within a local nature reserve.

The session begins with storytelling about the Iron Age and its inhabitants to prepare participants for meditation. Attendees are encouraged to connect with the ancient energies of the land and their ancestors. Following the meditation, there is time to reflect and share experiences within the group.
