A three-hour-45-minute in-person workshop led by award-winning therapist Salonee (Sal) Batavia in a countryside yurt. Participants are guided into a relaxed subconscious state to connect with up to three influential ancestors, followed by a nourishing sound journey for integration and rest. The session includes discussion, the guided regression, a sound journey, refreshments and reflection, and is intended for positive exploration rather than resolving trauma. Attendees should bring a mat, blanket, cushion, notebook and water, and the session is not suitable for those who are pregnant, epileptic, recently bereaved, or experiencing certain mental-health conditions.
