Systemic Constellation Workshop - Healing Difficult Relationships - Self

A full-day systemic constellation workshop facilitated by Fiona McDonald, themed around the relationship with the self, including self-esteem, self-criticism and patterns inherited from family relationships. Participants can take part as issue holders, representatives or observers, working in a small confidential group; no previous experience is needed, though it may not suit those with acute mental health difficulties. Drinks and snacks are provided and attendees bring a packed lunch.
