Sound Bath Meditation

A 60-minute guided sound bath meditation at Allesley Village Hall using gongs, singing bowls and an Ocean drum for deep relaxation.

Sanctuary of Sound hosts a one-hour sound bath session beginning with a gentle guided meditation, followed by immersive instrumental sounds from Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls, an Ocean drum and gongs. The session aims to guide participants into a deeply restful theta state, promoting relaxation, stress relief and improved sleep. Attendees aged 13+ are welcome (under-18s with a responsible adult) and should bring a mat, blanket and cushion for comfort.
