Bimonthly Community Circle Oxford

A community circle focused on connection, reflection, and providing a safe space for open sharing and support.

This evening is designed as a safe and nurturing space for community connection and reflection. The event begins with arrival and tea, followed by a grounding-in practice, which may include meditation or breathwork. The core of the evening is the sharing circle, where participants are invited to share what is present for them. The circle concludes with a grounding-out practice and optional time for conversation.
