This relaxed, hands-on course at The Food Hub invites participants to create a selection of homemade Christmas treats to give to friends and family. Attendees learn practical recipes and techniques, then package their creations using ribbons, decorations and festive materials provided. All ingredients, equipment, recipes and gift packaging are included, along with tea, coffee and mince pies throughout the morning.
