The Artisan Christmas Larder

This festive cookery course prepares pâtés, terrines, smoked fish and other preserved foods, including homemade bacon and pigs in blankets.

Participants practise traditional curing, smoking and preserving methods adapted for home use, then take home a selection of festive foods. Sally-Ann Hunt teaches the course. Ingredients, specialist equipment and refreshments are provided, along with a seasonal buffet lunch.
