A festive full-day hands-on baking class at Edinburgh Food & Drink Academy making Christmas bakes such as stollen, mince pies and Christmas cake.
This full-day class begins with a short demonstration before participants get hands-on in the kitchen making a range of festive bakes. Recipes may include pear, pecan and cranberry muffins, chocolate fruit Christmas cake, stollen, homemade mince pies and cinnamon shortbread stars. The day includes a sociable lunch break in the Georgian dining room, and attendees take home recipes and their baked goods.
