Follow a Welsh folklore trail through the gardens, discovering fairy doors and other Tylwyth Teg signs with games and stories.
A family trail marks the turn of the season and the Welsh tradition of Calan Gaeaf. Visitors can look for fairy doors, giant mushrooms and places where the Tylwyth Teg might live, with games and stories along the way. Pick up the trail guide at visitor reception. The trail is outdoors in the gardens. Published activity hours are 10:00–16:00 on each listed day from 23 October to 1 November 2026. The event is free; normal garden admission applies. Booking is not needed.
