Business with a Cause: Understanding Social Entrepreneurship
About
A free interactive workshop from Enactus and LSE Generate exploring how businesses can tackle social and environmental problems while staying financially sustainable.
This 90-minute workshop introduces social entrepreneurship through real-world examples of social enterprises and impact-driven businesses. Participants examine how business models create value for both customers and society, then take part in a hands-on group challenge matching social and environmental issues to different business models to generate their own venture ideas. No prior business experience is required, and the session covers defining social entrepreneurship, identifying real examples, and taking first steps towards developing a social enterprise.
