About
Peterborough Jazz Club hosts the Greg Abate Quintet, led by the acclaimed American saxophonist and flautist, at the Key Theatre.
Peterborough Jazz Club presents the Greg Abate Quintet, welcoming the American saxophonist and flautist back to the club after nine years. Abate, a former lead altoist with the Ray Charles and Artie Shaw bands, is joined by vibraphonist Nat Steele and a rhythm section of Leon Greening, Arnie Somogyi and Matt Skelton. The concert promises bebop-rooted, melodic jazz from one of the most highly rated saxophonists performing today.
