A monthly archaeology club for young people aged 8–16, with site visits, excavations and craft-based activities about past periods and technologies.
The club meets on Saturday mornings at Alston Moor Recreation Ground and Pavilion. Sessions include hands-on archaeology, visits to archaeological and historic sites, excavations and crafts. The organiser says the group is at full capacity and only existing members can book.
