The Buildings Archaeologist by James Wright (Triskele Heritage)

Buildings archaeologist James Wright gives a talk on uncovering the hidden history of Britain's ancient buildings, hosted by SLHA at Lincoln Central Library.

James Wright of Triskele Heritage presents a talk on buildings archaeology — how ancient buildings hidden behind later façades can be identified, studied and conserved, and how their age and development can be understood. Drawing on over 25 years of field experience, he uses case studies from his career to explore why some buildings were listed and others overlooked. The talk runs 90 minutes and accompanies his book The Buildings Archaeologist.
