About
Join a morning session amongst the trees to connect with nature through meditation, drumming, singing, and sharing.
This session encourages participants to gather and connect to the power of the drum while finding inspiration in the arboretum's landscape. The programme involves meditation, drumming, singing, and sharing, and no prior drumming experience is required. Drums and rattles will be provided, and attendees are invited to bring their own if they wish.
