Topics include why plots are hard to find, Right to Build legislation, plot types and pitfalls, ways to find land, legal considerations such as option agreements, plot valuation, and assessing planning potential including pre-application advice and construction risks. The session runs seven hours and includes live demonstrations of online mapping and a plot valuation model.
