NSBRC Guide to VAT Claims

A four-hour in-person guide at the NSBRC explaining how self builders can reclaim VAT on new dwellings under VAT Notice 431.

This morning session at the National Self Build & Renovation Centre explains how self builders can claim back VAT on their projects. Under VAT Notice 431, new dwellings are entitled to zero VAT on materials and labour, and the course walks attendees through how the claims process works. The event runs for four hours and is organised by the NSBRC.
