A free fortnightly denim repair café where people bring jeans or denim pieces to repair, customise and upcycle with materials and guidance provided.
Trueblue Reworks Repair Café is a hands-on workshop series focused on giving denim a second life. Participants bring their own jeans, jackets or other denim items and learn how to repair, customise and upcycle them, with materials and know-how provided. The sessions run fortnightly on Tuesday mornings from 10:00 to 11:30am and are open to all skill levels, with no experience needed. Delivered by Trueblue Reworks, hosted by The CoHub and The Community Closet, and supported by Hackney Council.
