AI & Automation with SignalBrae

A two-hour practical workshop at Lockerbie Old School exploring how AI and automation can save small businesses time and reduce repetitive admin.

This two-hour workshop, run by SignalBrae, introduces AI and automation for small business owners, freelancers and sole traders, with no previous experience required. Attendees will learn jargon-free explanations of generative AI, how to write effective prompts, and see a practical example of a Facebook enquiry moving through to a booking. The session also covers considerations around customer information, accuracy and human approval, and each participant maps out a process from their own business and leaves with one realistic idea to test over the following 30 days. There is also time for networking with other local businesses.
