This hour-long event features a talk on Mary Shelley's formative time in Dundee and how the city influenced Frankenstein. It marks the launch of the Mary Shelley's Dundee website, which traces her Scottish connections and the places that stirred her imagination, alongside the launch of a new comic, Mary Shelley's Dark Tales, with free copies available to attendees. Some of the comic's artists will be present to discuss adapting Shelley's stories, and the event is open to the public as part of the Being Human Festival.
