Pinch Pot Making Workshop

A guided pottery workshop teaches participants to form and decorate a pinch pot.

Learn a simple hand-building technique: shape a pinch pot, decorate it with coloured slips and receive guidance from the pottery instructor. The finished piece is fired and glazed for later collection. The published workshop lasts two hours, though its end time may vary slightly. Beginners from age eight are welcome; under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. The workshop costs £25, with £5 postage available; museum admission is additional.
