Sri Lankan Cooking Class

A hands-on Sri Lankan cookery class using coconut across dhal, curry, roti and two sambols, followed by a shared meal.

The class covers coconut dhal, chicken curry, pol roti, pol sambol and slow-cooked seeni sambol. The group prepares the dishes and eats together; wine is included. Four of the five dishes are vegetarian, and the curry can be made vegetarian on request. The class is capped at ten and is for adults aged 18+; wheat is listed as an allergen.
