Tour | Babes in Arms
About
Relaxed 45-minute guided gallery tours for parents with pre-crawling babies, led by curatorial staff, with themed sessions on the permanent collection and Barbara Hepworth.
Babes in Arms tours are relaxed guided visits designed for adults with infants not yet on the move, with seating and floor mats provided and limited pram space. Each tour lasts around 45 minutes and is led by a member of the curatorial team. The 28 January 2027 tour explores the permanent collection of British 20th century art, from post-impressionism and surrealism to post-war abstraction and Pop art. The 25 March 2027 tour looks at Barbara Hepworth's 1954 journey to Greece and its influence on her sculptures, prints and lithographs; tickets include access to all exhibitions.
