Keele Chapel Sound Sanctuary

A 90-minute sound bath experience designed to provide deep rest and nervous system regulation at Keele Chapel.

This sound sanctuary offers 90 minutes of deep rest and relaxation within the beautiful surroundings of Keele Chapel. Participants are immersed in layers of sound and vibration from instruments such as gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums. The experience is designed to help quiet the mind, soften the body, and allow the nervous system time to settle.
