A 90-minute sound bath session at Gorhambury using a Symphonic Gong, whose full spectrum of tones and harmonics is said to vibrate through the body to encourage deep relaxation and rebalancing of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Each session's combination of sounds is unique to the participants present. Participants are reminded to practise within their own limits and can notify organisers in advance of any health considerations.
