Sunday Sanctuary Sound Bath

A 90-minute restorative sound bath with singing bowls, chimes and gongs at Soul Sanctuary Sunderland.

Soul Sanctuary Sunderland hosts a small-group sound bath where participants relax on provided pillows, blankets and yoga mats while immersed in the sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and gongs. The session runs for 90 minutes, with doors opening at 10:45 AM to settle in and time afterwards for reflection. It is open to adults aged 18 and over, with space for around 10–12 people.
