Not Alone is a local support group for anyone affected by pregnancy loss or baby loss, offering a safe and supportive environment. It was set up by parents who have experienced loss themselves, and a friendly face welcomes attendees whenever they choose to come. Groups meet on the first Sunday of each month from 4pm to 5.30pm, with no booking required.
