Fingringhoe Wilder Holiday Club

A nature-based holiday club day for children aged 5-11 at Fingringhoe Wick, with fire lighting, den building, crafts, pond dipping and outdoor play.

Essex Wildlife Trust runs this one-day Wilder Holiday Club for children aged 5 to 11 who love wildlife and the outdoors. Led by the trust's team, the programme includes fire lighting, den building, natural crafts, tool use, pond dipping and animal tracking, alongside plenty of free play. Activities take place entirely outdoors, so children need weather-appropriate clothing, a snack, water and a nut-free packed lunch, and a completed consent form is required before attendance.
