About
An outdoor Stone Age family session at Fingringhoe Wick where children whittle weapons, track footprints and build shelters in the woods.
Essex Wildlife Trust runs this two-hour outdoor family activity during October half term at Fingringhoe Wick Nature Discovery Park. Children aged 5 and over learn Stone Age survival skills: whittling weapons, tracking footprints, building a shelter and decorating it with natural painting techniques. The session takes place fully outdoors in the woods, and children must be accompanied by an adult.
