Yin & Restorative Yoga, Sound Bath and Face & Feet Massage

A two-hour wellbeing workshop combining Yin and Restorative Yoga, a sound bath and gentle face and feet massage at Katherine Low Settlement.

Renée and Patricia guide a nurturing evening workshop built around gentle, sustained Yin and Restorative Yoga postures supported by props, encouraging stillness and release of tension. The practice is complemented by an immersive sound bath and soothing face and feet massage. Participants are invited to move at their own pace and leave feeling rested and grounded.
