The session immerses participants in the soothing tones of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments, intended to calm the mind and release tension. Doors open at 7:45pm with the session starting promptly at 8:00pm; attendees are asked to bring a mat, pillow and blanket to lie or sit comfortably for the 75-minute experience.
