Greek Baking Workshop (Wembley)

A Greek baking workshop covers seeded bread rings, an olive loaf and honey cake.

Practise bread-making skills including kneading, shaping and baking Greek seeded bread rings and a rustic loaf with Kalamata olives. The class also makes Greek honey cake, using honey and olive oil across its bread and cake recipes.
