Soft Wax Pendant-Making Workshop with Josefina Flello Martinez

Design a soft-wax pendant with jeweller Josefina Flello Martinez of Atypical Thing, then have it cast in recycled sterling silver.

Carve, shape and texture soft jeweller’s wax using simple hand tools; no previous jewellery-making experience is required. The ticket includes tuition, tools, materials, professional casting and finishing, and up to 3g of recycled sterling silver including the chain. Collect the finished pendant and chain before Christmas. Places are limited to20. Personal assistant admission is for access support only and does not include making jewellery; a standard ticket is required to participate. Email the venue in advance to arrange assistant access. There are two entrance steps; a ramp can be arranged by emailing hello@birminghammuseums.org.uk in advance.
