Deep Relaxation Evening Sound Bath, Nettleham

A monthly two-hour evening sound bath in Nettleham with gongs and other instruments, plus a crystal, hot drink and chat.

Peter Ison runs a monthly sound bath session in the small hall at Nettleham Old School Rooms, held on the third Friday of each month from 7pm to 9pm. After a gentle guided relaxation, participants lie on mats or reclining chairs while gongs and other instruments are played to encourage deep relaxation and calm. The two hours include the sound bath, a crystal to take home, a hot drink and time to socialise. Sessions are for ages 14+ and attendees are asked to bring a mat, blanket, pillow and warm socks.
