Sound baths are an ancient healing technique that can aid those experiencing physical pain, anxiety, depression, or high blood pressure, promoting relaxation and calm. Attendees are passive recipients who simply allow the sound vibrations to wash over them. Participants are advised to bring a mat or blanket, cushions, and warm clothing. Eye pillows, scarves, and water can be provided if requested in advance. The session lasts for approximately one hour.
