Gong Bath

A gong bath sound session using planetary gongs, with participants lying or sitting passively as the vibrations wash over them.

This gong bath uses planetary gongs rather than crystal singing bowls, with layered frequencies intended to resonate deeply with the body. Attendees are passive recipients, lying or sitting for over an hour while the sound vibrations wash over them. Participants should bring a mat or blanket, cushions and warm clothing, with eye pillows and water available on request; four easy reclining chairs can be reserved. Attendees are asked to arrive ten minutes before the start to set up.
