Silver Swans

Silver Swans is a ballet class designed to improve mobility, posture, and energy levels through gentle sessions set to classical music.

These specially designed classes are gentler on the joints while still providing a good workout. The sessions aim to improve the health and wellbeing of adults of all abilities. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring non-slippery socks, though ballet shoes are not essential.
