Elevate: Dance for MS

Dance health classes for people living with MS, exploring creativity, musicality, balance and posture, with carers welcome to join.

Forest Arts Centre and Dorchester Arts deliver Scottish Ballet's Elevate programme, designed to improve the physical, mental and social wellbeing of people living with Multiple Sclerosis. The fun, supportive classes explore creativity, expression, musicality, fluidity, balance and posture, and participants can take part seated or standing. Sessions are led by dance artists Samantha Gillingham and Carla Black, and attendees are welcome to bring a friend, partner or carer to join in.
