About

Examine local and global food systems, including the politics and economics of food production and consumption, with CAT lecturers Rebecca Kent and Emily Westwell.

Through lectures, discussions and practical activities, this CAT postgraduate teaching week examines local and global food systems and the politics and economics of producing and consuming food. Published dates are 7–11 December 2026; the course starts at 10:00 and finishes at 13:00 on the last day.
