Build a Tiny House
About
Practise timber framing, cladding, roofing and service installation with Carwyn Lloyd Jones and Dieter Brandstätter in a four-day tiny-house course.
The course covers a small timber-frame floor and walls, layouts, cladding, insulation, roof shapes, windows and fixing a structure to a trailer, alongside plumbing, renewable energy, heating and compost-toilet systems. Tutors Carwyn Lloyd Jones and Dieter Brandstätter guide practical work using some pre-made elements; participants work through the stages rather than completing an entire house. The first day begins at 09:30 and the final day finishes at 17:00. Safety boots are required, waterproof clothing is advised, and participants must be 18 or over.
