Explore how woodland managers balance biodiversity, conservation, practical work and economic realities in a five-day course led by Rob Goodsell.
Rob Goodsell leads theory and practical work in CAT’s woodland, covering biodiversity monitoring, timber processing, woodland products, financial planning, legal responsibilities and community access. The course begins at 14:00 on the first day and finishes at 14:00 on the final day. Safety boots are required and waterproof clothing is recommended. Optional AIM accreditation requires additional coursework and advance registration; accommodation is available separately.
