Community Drop-Ins – Bristol Lockleaze

Wessex Water holds a drop-in session at Lockleaze Neighbourhood Trust where customers can speak to a Customer Adviser about bills, support, water saving and drainage.

Wessex Water's Community Drop-In sessions take place at locations across its supply area, giving customers the chance to speak in person with a Customer Adviser. Advisers can answer questions about bills, refer customers for support if they are struggling to pay, offer advice on saving water and avoiding blockages, and discuss water quality, plumbing and drainage. No booking is needed – just turn up on the day, though a dedicated time slot can be arranged by email. The Lockleaze session runs from 11am to 1pm on Wednesday 3rd March 2027.
