Community Drop-Ins – Bristol, Lawrence Weston

Wessex Water holds drop-in sessions at Ambition House in Lawrence Weston where a Customer Adviser answers questions about bills, water saving and drainage.

Wessex Water's Community Drop-In sessions give customers the chance to speak in person with a Customer Adviser who acts as a point of contact for the local community. Advisers can answer questions about bills, refer customers for support if they are struggling to pay, and offer advice on saving water, avoiding blockages, water quality, plumbing and drainage. At the Lawrence Weston location, sessions run from 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 2pm on the published Fridays, and no booking is required.
