Community Drop-Ins – Bristol, Patchway

Wessex Water holds a drop-in session at Coniston Community Centre where customers can speak to a Customer Adviser about bills, support, water saving and drainage.

Wessex Water's Community Drop-In sessions give customers the chance to speak in person with a Customer Adviser who acts as a point of contact for their local community. Advisers can answer questions about bills, refer customers for support if they are struggling to pay, offer advice on saving water and avoiding blockages, and answer questions about water quality, plumbing and drainage. No booking is required — customers can simply attend on the day, or email community@wessexwater.co.uk to arrange a dedicated time slot. The Patchway sessions run 11am to 1pm on Tuesday 2nd March and Tuesday 15th June 2027.
