About
A hands-on family cooking workshop making a plant-based Mexican feast, then eating it together.
Joyfull Greens hosts a beginner-friendly, hands-on cooking session where participants work in pairs to prepare plant-based Mexican dishes including guacamole, pico de gallo, refried beans, tofu 'beef' filling and handmade blue harina tortillas. The 2.5-hour session ends with everyone sitting down to enjoy the feast together, with leftovers taken home. Aimed at families during half-term, it is open to all with no cooking experience required; children aged 10+ must be accompanied by a paying adult, with a maximum of two children per family.
