Taco masterclass

Make corn tortillas, cook a marinated steak filling and prepare salsas and toppings, then eat your taco platter with views over London. The class takes place in the professional kitchen on the 58th floor of 22 Bishopsgate. All ingredients and equipment are provided; some tasks are done in pairs. For ages 16 and over, with no prior cooking experience required. Arrive 30 minutes before the booked class for entrance and welcome. The published booking interval is retained separately from the wider experience allowance: 2-hour cooking experience, plus dining (please allow around 3 hours for the total experience). Chef teachers are not individually named, and Gordon Ramsay is not promised as an instructor.
