Trio Paradis Cafe Concert

Trio Paradis play a 45-minute classical cafe concert on the theme of names, with a pop-up cafe from 10am.

Trio Paradis — Jacquelyn Bevan (piano), Ruth O'Shea (violin) and Linda Stocks (cello) — perform a 45-minute concert of mostly classical music, introduced by the performers. The programme, 'What's in a Name?', features musical portraits of Sylvia, Margaret, Susan, Jennifer and Mr Belloc, plus works by composers with amusing or unfortunate names such as Gelinek and Schytte. A pop-up cafe opens from 10am with tea, coffee and home-made cakes, and the concerts are pay-what-you-feel via a retiring collection.
