Into the Dark – A Halloween Sound Immersion for Energy, Protection & Renewal

A 75-minute candlelit Halloween sound immersion with breathwork, guided visualisation, sound journey and oracle cards at Deva Yoga in Chislehurst.

Hosted by Teresa Rocco, this Halloween evening begins with grounding breathwork and a Halloween-inspired visualisation on protection and inner safety, before participants set an intention. They then receive an immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls, gong, drum and chimes, followed by an oracle card as a reflective prompt. Afterwards there is herbal tea, Halloween treats and a small seasonal ritual gift to take home; no prior experience is needed.
