The Deep Rest

A 90-minute guided meditation and sound bath with ceremonial cacao at Canterbury Yoga Studio on 2 November 2026.

An evening of guided meditation, live gongs and crystal bowls, and ceremonial INTENTIONS cacao, framed as winter rest for the nervous system. Participants are asked to bring a blanket, pillow, warm layers and water, arriving from 6.45pm for a 7pm start; doors close once the ceremony begins. The session runs for 90 minutes and includes wellbeing guidance on sound baths and cacao.
