Community Drop-In - Street

Wessex Water holds drop-in sessions at Street Library where customers can speak to a Customer Adviser about bills, support, water saving and drainage.

Wessex Water's Community Drop-In sessions give customers the chance to meet a Customer Adviser in person at their local library. Advisers can answer questions about bills, refer customers for support if they are struggling to pay, and offer advice on saving water, avoiding blockages, water quality, plumbing and drainage. No booking is needed, though a dedicated time slot can be arranged by email. At Street Library, sessions run from 10am to 12pm and 1pm to 2pm on selected Mondays.
